Parent Involvement

Parents of JAB players are urged/needed to be involved in the many areas of the league. While everyone does not have the time to serve on the Board, many have time to help with other duties. There are three committees that do not require you to serve on the Board; Finance, Grounds, and Policy. Please consider volunteering for one of these committees. Affiliation

The Board of Directors has voted to not affiliate with PONY Baseball in 2007. This was done as many area teams are also leaving PONY which means more travel for our All Star teams. JAB will still select All Star teams and have them play in post season tournaments. The money saved from this will be used to improve the JAB fields.

Age Change

JAB will implement a new date to determine player’s age. The new date is April 30th. The age of a player as of April 30th will determine what division the player should play in. Requests to play up or play down will be handled by the Board as in the past. Please make the request in writing when submitting the application.
